Professional DUI Services

We currently provide several Illinois DUI-related services. Each service is delivered in accordance with applicable Illinois administrative rules and professional standards.

DUI Evaluation

A comprehensive Illinois DUI Evaluation designed to determine the appropriate level of education or intervention following a DUI arrest. Evaluations consider driving history, alcohol and drug use, risk factors, and other information required under Illinois guidelines.

DUI Risk Education

State-approved DUI Risk Education provides the required educational curriculum for eligible individuals and satisfies Illinois Secretary of State education requirements when applicable.

Uniform Report Updates

Following completion of required services, Uniform Report Updates document successful participation and completion. Updated reports are prepared in accordance with Illinois requirements for submission to the appropriate agencies.

Secretary of State Denial Responses

Assistance for individuals who have received a denial from the Illinois Secretary of State requiring updated evaluations or documentation before driving privileges may be considered for reinstatement.

Secretary of State Investigative Evaluation

A comprehensive Secretary of State Investigative Evaluation required in certain administrative hearing cases involving alcohol- or drug-related concerns. Evaluations review substance use history, criminal history, driving history, and other information required under Illinois guidelines.

Our office serves adults throughout East Moline, Moline, Rock Island, Silvis, Milan, the greater Quad Cities region, and surrounding Illinois communities. We also assist Illinois residents who received a DUI outside Illinois when Illinois documentation is required.
